Frequently Asked Questions
- How much does an AI automation build cost?
STOA publishes three tiers. A Quick Build is $2,000 and takes one to two weeks. A Standard System is $4,500 and takes three to four weeks. A Full System is $8,500 and takes five to eight weeks. The price is fixed in a written spec before work starts.
- Why do you publish prices when most agencies don't?
Of 43 automation firms audited in August 2026, only nine published any price. STOA publishes because a buyer should not book a meeting to learn what something costs, and because a fixed price is only credible if it is stated in public.
- What happens if the system doesn't work?
Every numbered outcome in the spec is tested one at a time on the client's real data at handover. If an outcome does not pass, STOA keeps working at no additional charge until it does.
- Is training included?
Yes. Staff training and adoption support are in scope and in the price for every build, never an upsell. A system nobody uses is a failed build.
- What is System Care?
A monthly subscription that keeps a delivered system running: monitoring, fixes and a monthly report from $800. It attaches to a build and is never sold on its own.
