STOA has worked with owner-led businesses since 2020. Twenty-eight of them have stopped being the bottleneck in their own company.
The pattern we kept seeing: the owner knew what was wrong. Sometimes they had paid someone to tell them. What was missing was anyone willing to do the work, train the team, and still be there in month nine when the tool updated and the process broke.
So that is what we built. Five stages, two written guarantees, and a retainer that exists because systems decay.
