While our primary services cater to various sectors, we proudly offer pro-bono and subsidized work for qualifying NGOs, with special interest in those supporting efforts in sustainability, education, immigration, and food security as part of our commitment to give back and support community initiatives.

We, like the stoics and like you, seek to live the good life. And we recognize a large portion of our life is dedicated to the work we do.
For this reason, we seek to take action on that which is in our control and work toward building the type of business (livelihood) we feel good about.

The stoics behind it
Rachel and Alejandro met while both living in Spain from different starting countries.
Fun fact: our communication is almost always a bilingual exchange of him in Spanish and her in English.
We believe in making what we want out of this life! From our work to our hobbies and relationships, we always show up with heart.
In an oversimplification: Alejandro brings technical expertise and Rachel brings pizazz.
Rachel will work closely with you throughout the process and Alejandro will make it happen behind the scenes.
Rachel Raineri
Director of Relationships & Development
Rachel brings a lifetime of experience in written and verbal communication, starting and leading organizations, planning and facilitating events, and being an excellent learner and teacher.
Rachel has always said her favorite reasons for being alive are expression and human interaction. She believes every person and every experience has something to teach us, and that is the joy of living!
Within her diverse background of professional experiences (manual labor, engineering, research, teaching, hospitality, event planning, sales…), Rachel has always thrived in nurturing relationships, leading people, and organizing efforts.
As Director of Relationships & Development, she takes care of STOA’s presence and client relationships! She does outreach and works closely with clients to walk them through the process and translate their needs and wishes for our team to execute.
Alejandro Morales
Director of Design & Tech
Alejandro brings over 10 years of experience in web design and development, digital marketing, and the effective use of SaaS tools to simplify life.
Alejandro, a two-time immigrant, skillfully blends beautiful design with innovative technology to overcome a variety of challenges. It helps that he always does it with assiduity (defined by Charlie Munger as “sitting down on your ass until you do it”).
He began his career in digital marketing, and his passion for new technologies led him to develop a unique full-stack skill set that now leans towards UI design and developing striking websites that work everywhere, for everyone.
He co-founded SaaS Rank, a platform that helped businesses take advantage of software products and optimize their time and resources. This project was driven with the same passion for education and learning that Alejandro is now bringing to STOA.
